My passenger didn’t show up

If a passenger doesn’t show up at the pick-up location after you’ve approved their booking, please follow these steps:

PassengerNoshowPolicy Call the passenger to ask where they are before leaving.

If you can’t reach them and if you can, wait for a few minutes for them to show up or call you back.

If they don’t show up or call you back, feel free to leave and mark them a no-show during the review process after the trip is completed.

The passenger will get a no-show review on their profile.

Preventing no-shows
To avoid no-shows, confirm trip details with the passenger well before the trip and make sure your phone is accessible during pick-up.

If you can’t find the passenger at the pick-up point, please call the number they provided through 2-Nice Carpooling before leaving, as this can avoid refunds and negative reviews on both ends.
